Cleanup-and-deepen week. The big idea: the API learned that "instructor" and "service tech" are workspace flags, not hardcoded roles. Flip is_instructor on and it auto-creates the profile rows and texts the person to tell them they have got access. Fewer manual steps, fewer half-provisioned accounts, fewer "why can't I see the thing" messages.

- Workspace flags (isInstructor / isServiceTech) that auto-provision profile rows and fire a transactional "you have access" SMS when toggled on
- Access-request endpoints with approver SMS broadcast
- Service intake grew up: tank/cylinder intake rewritten to a proper "system" shape, bench work-orders, inline item creation, photo uploads
- Login went fully Firebase and added smart sign-in / sign-up routing (stop making people guess which button)
